Responsibilities

• Assist to arrange the lawyers’ working schedules
• Give guidances and assistance to colleagues in complying with the Firm’s policy and procedures
• File and organise emails and documents
• Format, print, photocopy and bind documents
• Handle phone calls and greet guests
• Provide secretarial and administrative support as instructed

Requirements

• Good in MS Office
• Intermediate English
• Careful and diligent
• Team player
