To support our strong development in the ASEAN region, we are actively seeking for high potential marketing professional.

If you enjoy working with team members whose defining characteristics are achievement, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness and adaptability, you may be the person we are seeking to join our team as a Manager.

Working within a team to provide high quality and effective business development and marketing support in professional services industry, you will have responsibility for the full spectrum of business development, analytical development and marketing activities for the organization, including pitch proposals, marketing collateral preparation, and significant ad-hoc or general projects.

Delivering the communication, marketing and business development strategies, you will be integral in initiating engagement in a wide variety of initiatives through multi-channel, innovative business development campaigns. You will proactively develop strong relationships with stakeholders to provide assistance on related projects.



a. Reporting directly to the Head of Department and relevant practice group Partner, the Manager will follow up communication’s initiatives of the Company. (S)He will be part of the regional Marketing team.

b. The position fits an individual with excellent organization, polyvalent skills, curiosity, and ability to team play and interact with different cultural environments and people.

c. The overall assignment is to create, lead, support and follow up all marketing, communication and business development support initiatives taken by ZICO. The Manager will be exposed to all marketing activities in a B2B professional services firm. The manager should be able to be a thought leader in his role and act as a preeminent internal adviser.


Scope of work
You will be involved in the team’s key missions: brand awareness, internal awareness, business development support, market knowledge, including notably:

Brand awareness
1. Market the brand  (Event, Media, Publications, emailing campaigns, social medias…)
2. Differentiate the brand
3. Maintain branding standards and consistency

Market knowledge
4. Know your Market (competition, business partners, medias)
5. Know your clients (portfolios analysis)

Business development support
6. Identify business opportunities
7. Nurture our relationship with our clients
8. Cross sell & Up sell
9. Active business support to selected practice groups

Internal awareness
10. Manage internal communication tools and platforms
11. Share knowledge, training



Experience and education
a. Degree, preferably in communications/ marketing/ business/ finance/ mathematics one of the humanities relevant experience in a professional services firm or client service role, e.g., communications agency, PR and events, advertising, online company…

b. Preferably candidates with at least minimum of 3 years working experience; Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining business development, marketing strategies and brand management.

c. Experience in data modelling, pricing, revenue management or channel management an advantage; strong analytical and data analysis skills with strong business acumen; Database (access, Excel…) & analytical skills and direct marketing, social medias – emailing is a plus.

d. Excellent command in spoken and written English; and with copywriting experience; native English speakers preferred

Reliability; creative, resourceful, hands-on all-rounder, able to lead and multitask; authoritative, analytical and intelligent with business acumen; Excellent attention to details; Lateral thinking and the ability to overcome obstacles; Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources and be able to tell a story with the data; Interest in business intelligence and analytics.
