Corporate Secretarial, Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Manager to manage and perform full spectrum of corporate secretariat tasks pertaining to the portfolio of the client
  • Attend meetings, preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance
  • Maintain proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records
  • Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work and maintain high level clients’ services

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an ICSA qualification
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial including familiarity with handling public listed companies corporate secretarial work
  • Manage to handle public listed companies
  • Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia’s listing requirements, Securities Commission’s Guidelines and other relevant regulations related to public listed companies
  • Good command of written and spoken English, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Diligent, self-motivated, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and possess initiative
  • A good team player
